These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at daytonabeachepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com and any services provided by Daytona Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a service request, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Site or request services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Daytona Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is a concrete flooring contractor based in Daytona Beach, FL. Our services include but are not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, garage floor coatings, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and removal services. All services are performed on-site at locations within our service area.
Services are subject to availability and our assessment of feasibility for your specific project. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
We provide free on-site estimates following an in-person assessment of your floor. All estimates are provided in writing and itemize labor, materials, and required surface preparation separately. Verbal quotes or preliminary figures discussed prior to a written estimate are not binding.
Final pricing is based on the written estimate provided after the on-site assessment. If conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was visible at the time of estimate (for example, hidden prior coatings, slab cracks, or moisture levels requiring additional remediation), we will notify you before proceeding and obtain your written or verbal approval before adding to the project scope or cost.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Once you accept a written estimate, we will schedule your project start date. You agree to have the work area clear and accessible by the agreed start time. This includes removing all vehicles, equipment, furniture, shelving, and stored items from the floor area to be coated or treated.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs, as specified in your written agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions that would affect installation quality, at no charge to you.
Payment terms are specified in your written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion and your acceptance of the finished work. Accepted payment methods are listed in your written agreement.
Invoices not paid within the terms specified in your agreement may be subject to late fees. If collection action is required, you agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by Florida law.
We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using commercially reasonable materials for the application. If you experience adhesion failures, peeling, or coating defects that result directly from our installation workmanship within the warranty period specified in your written agreement, we will return and address the issue at no charge.

Except as stated in this section, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranty, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daytona Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
By scheduling work, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the authority of the property owner to authorize the work. You are responsible for ensuring the work area is safe, accessible, and free of hazards prior to the start of work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property that is unrelated to the services performed.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and graphics - is the property of Daytona Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or any service agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Daytona Beach, FL, administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and any service agreements between you and Daytona Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
